Eestimaa rahuliikumise MTÜ „ KOOS RAHU EEST EESTIS” deklaratsioon Eesti Vabariigi Peaminister Kaja Kallasele!
Meie, rahuliikumise KOOS delegaadid, teisel kongressil oleme ühehäälselt kinnitanud ja vastu võtnud ühisdeklaratsiooni, milles nõuame Euroopa ühenduse poolt Eestile jõuliste meetotitega peale surutud sanktsioonipoliitika kohest lõpetamist Eesti Vabariigi-Venemaa Föderatsiooni suhetes. Antud aastatepikkune sanktsioonide kehtestamine pole ennast mitte miskil moel õigustanud vaid eelkõige toonud kaasa nende majandusaluste õõnestamist neid sanktsioone kehtestanud riikidele endile. Ja mida aeg edasi, seda enam joonestub välja käekiri, et Euroopa suuremad riigid lõikavad sellest lühinägelikust ning topeltmoraalidega palistatud sanktsioonipoliitikast isiklikku tulu ja seda eelkõige väikeriikide arvelt. Et kogu tänaseks toimunud hinnatõus on Euroopa liidu poolt mahitatud valskus ja vale, ühiskondlik spekuleerimine.
Nõuame koheselt et Teie, kui tänane Eesti Vabariigi peaminister, oma käskkirjaga algataksite sanktsioonipoliitika lõpetamisprotsessi ja võtaksite ka oma erakonnale ning ka laiemas plaanis kõikide erakondade eest vastutuse Eesti majanduse ja rahva heaolu kahjustamise eest.
Samas anname kogu Eesti rahvale teada, et alustame paralleelselt ka vastavasisulise deklaratsiooni nõudmiste toetamiseks rahvaalgatuse korras allkirjade kogumist, et survestada tegema neid tarku otsuseid mida Eesti vaesuv rahvas täna Teilt ootab. Juhul, kui te pole seda sanktsioonidest lahkumise määrust teinud ühe kuu jooksul siis alustame protseduuriliste reeglitega Teie ametist taandamist ja hakkame regulaarselt korraldama massmiitinguid ja kõike muud Konstitutsioonilise korra kohaselt oma nõudmiste rahuldamiseks.

Мы, делегаты Движения за мир „KOOS/ВМЕСТЕ“, на втором съезде, единогласно одобрили и приняли совместную декларацию, в которой требуем немедленного прекращения санкционной политики в отношениях между Эстонской Республикой и Российской Федерацией, введенной в Эстонии силовыми методами со стороны Европейского Союза. Введение санкций на протяжении многих лет никак себя не оправдало, но прежде всего привело к подрыву экономических основ стран, которые сами эти санкции ввели. И, чем больше проходит времени, тем очевиднее, что крупные европейские страны извлекают из этой недальновидной и двойственной санкционной политики личную выгоду, в первую очередь за счет малых стран. Повышение цен, которое произошло на сегодняшний день, является обманом и ложью, совершенными Европейским Союзом, социальными спекуляциями.
Мы требуем, чтобы Вы, как действующий премьер-министр Эстонской Республики, немедленно инициировали бы своим указом процесс прекращения политики санкций и взяли бы на свою партию и в более широком плане на все партии ответственность за ущерб, нанесенный экономике Эстонии и благосостоянию эстонского народа.
В то же время мы хотели бы сообщить всему эстонскому народу, что мы также начнем параллельную народную инициативу по сбору подписей в поддержку требований, указанных в декларации, чтобы оказать давление с целью принятия мудрых решений, которых от Вас сегодня ожидают обедневшие жители Эстонии. Если в течение месяца Вы не примете указ о снятии санкций, мы приступим к процессуальным действиям по снятию Вас с должности и будем проводить регулярные массовые митинги и предпринимать другие действия в соответствии с Конституционной процедурой до полного удовлетворения наших требований.

Declaration of the MTÜ „KOOS RAHU EEST EESTIS” of the Estonian Peace Movement in Estonia to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia Kaja Kallas!
We, the delegates of the KOOS/TOGETHER Peace Movement, at the second congress, unanimously approved and adopted a joint declaration, in which we demand an immediate end to the sanctions policy in relations between the Republic of Estonia and the Russian Federation, introduced in Estonia with a force by the European Union. The imposition of sanctions for many years did not justify itself, but first of all led to the undermining of the economic foundations of the countries that themselves imposed these sanctions. And the more time passes, the more obvious that large European countries derive from this short-sighted and dual sanctions policy, first of all, personal income at the expense of small countries. The price increase that has taken place to date is a fraud and lie perpetrated by the European Union, social speculation.
We demand that you, as the current Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia, immediately initiate the process of ending the policy of sanctions by your decree and take responsibility for the damage caused to the Estonian economy and the welfare of the Estonian people on behalf of your party and all political parties in general.
At the same time, we would like to inform the entire Estonian people that we will also launch a parallel people's initiative to collect signatures in support of the declaration's demands in order to put pressure on you to make the wise decisions that the impoverished people of Estonia expect from you today. If within a month you do not issue this decree to lift the sanctions, we will proceed with the proceedings to remove you from office and begin to organize regular mass rallies and other actions in accordance with the Constitutional procedure to satisfy our demands.
